ARTISOFT, INC. ANNOUNCES MANAGEMENT CHANGES
(Tucson, Arizona, June 2, 1993) - Artisoft, Inc. (NASDAQ
SYMBOL: ASFT). The Board of Directors of Artisoft, Inc. today
announced a series of management changes that are effective
immediately. Specifically, the Board has terminated C. John Schoof
II as Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of the
Company and named William C. Keiper as Chief Executive Officer.
Mr. Keiper, age 42, joined Artisoft in January 1993 as President
and Chief Operating Officer. The Board also announced that it
planned to name a new Chairman at its regularly-scheduled Board
meeting next week.
